One Walk/Run & All School Picnic Recap
Last week’s 2022 Spirit Week was capped off with an amazing Friday of all-school activities. The One Walk/Run and the All School Picnic continue to be a community favorite date on our all school calendar.
Our 52nd annual One Walk continues to evolve, this year featuring a new course, and adding our first ever 5K run as a part of the fun! Students and sponsors raised over $31,000 for Christian education! Thank you to all who helped make this day such a great success.

The One Walk/Run route ended in our parking lot and opened up directly into our All School Picnic. This year’s picnic event featured:
- Burgers and Brats, sides, chips and drinks
- South Pier Parlor Ice Cream
- A Cotton Candy Station
- A Face Painting Station
- A Teacher Dunk Tank (Mr. Whartnaby, Ms. Vandenbrink, Mr. Navis, Ms. Tempas, Ms. VanHulzen, & Mr. Van Drunen)
- A Petting Zoo featuring goats, donkeys, rabbits, and baby chicks
- Inflatable Slides and Obstacle Courses
- The “Speed Kick” Station
- Yard Games
- And more!
