SCS Welcomes Dustin Veldkamp as New Varsity Girls Basketball Coach

Sheboygan Christian School is pleased to share a new hire in the athletic program. Dustin Veldkamp is set to become our next head varsity girls basketball coach.

Coach Veldkamp previously coached at Oostburg Christian School and played for SCS, which he graduated from in 2002.

Coach Veldkamp and his wife Jenny live in Waldo with their four children. They attend Oostburg Christian Reformed Church.

Coach Veldkamp takes over a program that was run by Coaches Pasiewicz and Rasmussen for the past two years. Thank you, Alyssa and Rachel! We are grateful for the commitment that you have given to our basketball program over these past years and we’re looking forward to welcoming in Coach Veldkamp next season!

We are expecting a large group of girls in the program for Coach Veldkamp’s first season. Coach is excited about the team of coaches from Varsity to middle school that are in place and joining the program. We plan to have 3 teams (Varsity, JV1, JV2) which will allow for increased player development.
